Food Service Manager

Indian Pan Flame is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
- Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Recruit and hire new staff members to join our team.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that it meets our high standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our culinary genres and menu offerings.
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys to ensure that they are presented to the highest standards.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and walk frequently.
Requirements:- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
