Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Alberta LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and customers to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
