Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At ALBERTA LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparers, counter attendants, and kitchen helpers.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food meets quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Standing for extended periods required.
