Food Service Manager

Indian Pan Flame is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service and food quality.
- Menu Planning and Execution: Work with our culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that we are operating within our financial means.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Our establishment is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and walk frequently.

- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: You will be required to work effectively with our culinary team to ensure that we are delivering exceptional service and food quality.
