We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Supervisor to join our team at CansGlobal Consulting Company Ltd.
This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role and a strong background in customer service. They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer service team, including establishing work schedules and procedures, examining and verifying the accuracy of work, and identifying training needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and reviewing the work of team members;
- Maintaining operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery;
- Requisitioning materials and supplies;
- Organizing and maintaining inventory;
- Performing same duties as workers supervised;
The successful candidate will possess excellent oral communication skills, be accurate, dependable, and a team player. They will also be willing to relocate for this position.
