Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Finance Operations Director to join our professional services group. The successful candidate will work closely with our portfolio companies to assist in the onboarding of administrative, financial, and risk management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial and operational strategies for portfolio companies
  • Assist in formulating the company's future direction by providing input on financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
  • Maintain effective relationships with all members of the management team to maximize financial and operating results
  • Manage third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • A professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior financial management roles
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Experience with strategic planning, risk management, and corporate finance
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing and leading complex projects
  • Strong understanding of how to leverage data and analytics to drive performance and innovation
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive total compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include dental care, a dynamic work environment, and company-sponsored social events.
