Dining Room Supervisor

Delmanor Communities is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Room Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents and their guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the serving team to provide outstanding service and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Address any issues or concerns with the appropriate team members and ensure a safe and comfortable dining environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience supervising dining room servers and a Food Handling Certificate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- A Food & Beverage Management certificate is considered an asset.
