At Sunrise Senior Living, we're passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents. As a Dining Room Care Manager, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional dining and table services that bring joy and comfort to our residents.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional dining and table services to residents in our community's dining rooms and designated areas.
  • Assist with training team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain proper dining room setup and ensure compliance with Sunrise Senior Living standards.
  • Assist in special events and ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate checklists for dining area cleanliness and readiness.
  • Responsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent in problem-solving and decision-making skills.
