About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dining Room Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining and table services to our residents, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.

Responsibilities
  • Provide dining and table services to residents in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards
  • Assist with training team members to ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain proper dining room setup and ensure cleanliness and readiness
  • Assist in special events and activities
  • Monitor and maintain checklists for dining area cleanliness and readiness
  • Responsible for handling food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess excellent communication skills
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
