Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, stock, and wastage.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
