Job Summary

GROVEHILL INVESTMENTS INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
Work Environment
  • Permanent position
  • 38 to 40 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
