Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Villa Medina is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and presentation.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, managing inventory and minimizing waste.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
  • Establish and maintain a welcoming work environment, providing diversity and cross-cultural training to employees.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
