Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, with an estimated range of $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, our benefits include a dental plan, vision care benefits, and a permanent work term.

Job Description

The Executive Director will play a crucial role in leading the organization's strategic direction, allocating resources to implement policies and programs, and authorizing the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions. Key responsibilities will include establishing objectives for the organization, representing it in official functions, and selecting middle managers and executive staff.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess a strong educational background, including a college or CEGEP diploma from a program of 1-2 years. A minimum of 5 years of experience, or equivalent, is also required. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to make informed judgments.

Skills and Knowledge

The Executive Director will require proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows. They will also need to demonstrate organized and team-oriented skills, with a strong commitment to values and ethics.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work closely with a team of 5-10 people, providing leadership and guidance to achieve organizational objectives.
