Your Opportunity

Our Assurance team is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Senior Accountant to join our team in Winnipeg. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional audit services to our clients, including financial statement preparation, audit planning, and risk assessment. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and participate in business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality audit services to clients, including financial statement preparation, audit planning, and risk assessment.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, including identifying their industry, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional client service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements

  • CPA designation or in the process of completion.
  • 2-3 years of audit experience in the public accounting industry.
  • Fluently bilingual in both French and English (written and oral).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
