Your Opportunity

Our Winnipeg office is seeking two Senior Accountants to join the Assurance team and take ownership of the following responsibilities:

  • Efficiently prepare year-end engagements and tax returns for clients across various industries
  • Perform audits on a range of organizations, prepare working papers, and financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and respond effectively to their requests and suggestions
  • Participate in business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Communicate progress updates and issues with team members on an ongoing basis
  • Engage in training staff and invest in the professional development of your team

Your Experience and Education

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Completed CPA designation or in the process of completion
  • 2-3 years of audit experience in the public accounting industry
  • Experience working in the non-profit industry and a desire to develop further knowledge in this area
  • Strong teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
