Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Bilingual Senior Accountant to join our Assurance team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Effectively and efficiently handling audit tasks independently or within a team environment
  • Preparing year-end engagements and tax returns for clients in various industries
  • Performing audits on a range of organizations, preparing working papers and financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Building strong relationships with clients and responding to their needs and suggestions
  • Participating in business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities with existing clients
  • Communicating effectively with team members regarding progress updates and issues
  • Engaging in staff training and investing in the professional development of your team
  • Fluently speaking and writing in both French and English

Your Experience and Education

  • You have completed your CPA designation or are in the process of completion
  • You have 2-3 years of audit experience in the public accounting industry
  • You have a strong understanding of the private enterprise, non-profit, and public sectors
  • You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
  • You possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in both French and English
