Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at NJ's Kitchen. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

About the Role:
  • We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as long-term care insurance.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. You will work closely with our head chef to develop new menu items and ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of international cuisine.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.
  • Supervise inventory management and ordering of supplies.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior kitchen role.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with food safety protocols and regulations.
