Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at 4 J Logistics Inc.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, leadership, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve excellent customer service delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
  • Identify training needs and provide training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure they are informed of customer service delivery and team performance
  • Perform same duties as team members to ensure they have a clear understanding of the work and can provide guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
