Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD is seeking a skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Standing for extended periods.

Personal Suitability:

  • Accurate and efficient in work.
  • Client-focused and organized.
  • Excellent oral communication and team player.

Experience:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
