Rental Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental services, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Authorize payments and returns, ensuring accurate financial transactions
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate activities with team members
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or rental services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on education and training
