Rental Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Service Operations Manager to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental services, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and authorize payments by cheque
  • Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
