Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD is seeking a skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental services, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks to sales team members to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Authorize Payments and Returns: Process payments and returns efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Generate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock management and minimizing losses.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and direct the activities of sales team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Rural area, various locations, and retail business.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and team player.
Experience:
  • Duration: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
