Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Totem Resorts. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms and public areas
- Restock linens and amenities as needed
- Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or services
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Will train on the job
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment: Our hotel is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel. You will also be required to work in a physically demanding environment with heavy loads.
Personal Suitability: We are looking for a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills. You should be reliable, dependable, and have a strong attention to detail.
