Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Totem Resorts. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.
Responsibilities:- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
- Ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new guests, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
- Handle and report lost and found items.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guests' requests and addressing any concerns they may have.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Will train on the job.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
