Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Totem Resorts. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.
Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain the rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Change linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
- Restock amenities and supplies in the rooms.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
As a Room Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
