Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Totem Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Restock and maintain linen closets and supply rooms
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers
  • Disinfect and clean public areas, including bathrooms, hallways, and elevators
  • Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or services
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Totem Resorts, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as well as weekends and holidays.
