Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Human Resources Officer to join our team at SRS Property Mgmt Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and meet current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Screen and evaluate job applicants
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards
  • Notify applicants of results and prepare job offers
  • Supervise personnel clerks and perform filing, typing, and record-keeping duties
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
