Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities
Oversee the daily activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
Establish Work Schedules and Coordinate with Other DepartmentsDevelop methods to meet production schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Recommend Personnel ActionsRecommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions to ensure a high-performing team.
Prepare Reports and Analyze DataPrepare production and quality reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Improve Productivity and QualityRecommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and implement changes to achieve business objectives.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Manage Resources and SuppliesRequisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure that production activities are not disrupted.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Computer and Technology SkillsProficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word is required.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding work is required.
Personal SuitabilityExcellent oral and written communication skills, judgment, organization, teamwork, efficiency, flexibility, reliability, values, and ethics are essential.
