Food Service Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at TIM HORTONS, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of food and service meets our high standards. You will supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supply requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Food Preparation Staff
- Train Staff in Job Duties and Safety Procedures
- Estimate Ingredient and Supply Requirements
- Maintain Quality Control Standards
- Address Customer Complaints and Concerns
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage
- Prepare and Submit Reports
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be required to work in a noisy, wet/damp, and hot environment.
Work SettingYou will be working in a food service establishment, specifically in a coffee shop, providing on-site customer service.
Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
