We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Quality Control Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers, ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Establish and implement quality control procedures to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Prepare production and quality reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and implement changes as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support production needs.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Organized and efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
  • Values and ethics.
Work Environment:

The Quality Control Supervisor will work in a fast-paced production environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Language:

English.

Hours:

35 hours per week.
