We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc.
Job Summary:The Quality Control Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers, ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient production processes.
- Establish and implement quality control procedures to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Prepare production and quality reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and implement changes as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support production needs.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Judgement and decision-making skills.
- Organized and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and reliability.
- Values and ethics.
The Quality Control Supervisor will work in a fast-paced production environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Language:English.
Hours:35 hours per week.
