Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Disaster Recovery to lead our ITSM and Disaster Recovery Operations team at National Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining disaster recovery procedures and tools to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your primary focus will be on providing leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the continuous improvement of disaster recovery processes, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery procedures and tools to support compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the continuous improvement of disaster recovery processes
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Collaborate with IT and BCM stakeholders to influence the development of disaster recovery capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree related to the industry and five years of relevant experience or Master's degree related to the IT business sector and three years of relevant experience
  • Experience in personnel management in a continuous coaching mode
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Knowledge of Jira, desirable
  • Knowledge in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, desirable
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of cloud technology, desirable
  • Demonstrated relational skills and influence
  • Profile desired: a positive, innovative and committed person, a strong advocate of autonomy and the creation of ideas
