Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Extensive experience as a System/Network Administrator, with expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, PfSense, and Microsoft 365 Enterprise Suite.
  • Proficiency in various operating systems and servers, including Windows, Mac, Linux, and FreeBSD.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, routing, and security principles.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms, including VMWare, Hyper-V, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with system monitoring tools and methodologies, such as Prometheus and Zabbix.
  • Knowledge of backup/restore solutions and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Familiarity with project management lifecycle and tools, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in both French and English.
  • Certifications like MCSA, CCNA, or CompTIA A+ are an asset.
