You will also be responsible for:
- Proactively managing project materials to meet our first-class Quality Program;
- Mentoring and guiding our on-site teams, fostering an environment of collaboration, excellence, and success;
- Collaborating with trade partners and consultants to drive the construction schedule;
- Recommending creative methods to boost efficiency and project excellence;
- Celebrating successful achievements with the team during project wrap-up.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will:
- Become the safety champion for all job sites;
- Manage project materials to meet quality standards;
- Lead and mentor on-site teams;
- Collaborate with trade partners and consultants;
- Recommend process improvements;
- Support client coordination meetings;
- Maintain accurate records and inventory;
- Play an integral role in project wrap-up.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Over 15 years of expertise in construction;
- At least 10 years working in senior superintendent roles;
- Experience on multiple project types (Healthcare, Infrastructure, Education, etc.);
- A construction-related certificate, diploma/degree, or strong relevant experience;
- A legendary track record for project success;
- Proven experience managing safety regulations, project scheduling, quality, and cost control;
- A knack for promoting team collaboration and implementing creative solutions;
- Proficiency in computers and scheduling software.
The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
