Senior Representative - Inside Sales

**Job Summary**

As a Senior Representative - Inside Sales at Wesco International, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for interacting with existing customers, primarily through phone and email, to increase sales of our products and/or services. Your focus will be on up-selling orders, creating customer satisfaction, and adding value to the customer's buying experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Meet and exceed performance measurements based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, and efficiency objectives.
* Develop strong business relationships with existing accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with outside sales teams to ensure goals are being met.
* Stay up-to-date on new products and competitive knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
* Report industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management.

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 4-5 years of experience in Sales and Sales Administration.
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potential new accounts.
