Position Overview

The Vice President of Energy Operations at Sandborn Roofs & Seals Inc. plays a pivotal role in steering the company's energy initiatives and operational strategies.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a relevant field is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources, including materials, personnel, and finances, to effectively implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and oversee the formation of major departments and senior staff roles.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; develop and approve promotional strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
  • Set objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs accordingly.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel, ensuring optimal working conditions.
