Job Title: Spa Manager

Puress Spa and Laser Clinic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations.
  • Staff Management: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and physically demanding.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, work term: permanent, work language: English, and hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
