Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations.
  • Staff Management: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Supervision: Supervise 5-10 people and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physically demanding tasks.
