Job Title: Spa Manager

Puress Spa and Laser Clinic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily performance, and plan and organize daily activities.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
  • Education and Experience: A college diploma or equivalent is required, with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Requirements:

  • Education: College diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
