Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialty Leasing Manager to join our team at Primaris REIT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through leasing and sales initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, tenants, and other stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Manage the leasing process, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and execute branding strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain a robust database of clients, vendors, and new contacts to drive business relationships
  • Represent the company in the community to build external relationships and promote the shopping center
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail leasing or related field
  • Strong understanding of leasing and real estate principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license
