Project Architect Opportunity at Kasian Architecture Interior Design and Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at Kasian Architecture Interior Design and Planning. As a Project Architect, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams to produce successful design and construction documentation
  • Develop project criteria, scope of services, and detailed work plans
  • Collaborate with project consultants, including electrical, mechanical, and structural engineers
  • Resolve complex design and technical issues
  • Manage client relationships and develop these throughout the project process
  • Ensure projects are delivered effectively through efficient resource management and achieving scheduled milestones
Requirements:
  • A recognized degree in architecture with a minimum of 8 years of experience
  • AIBC registration preferred
  • Experience leading projects of at least $25m in construction value with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with Revit
  • Excellent graphic communication and presentation skills

Salary starts at $90,000 per annum, based on a 40-hour work week. Actual compensation is subject to variations due to education, experience, and skill set.
