Senior Project Manager - Healthcare

Welcome to Kasian Architecture, Interior Design and Planning, where we strive to create built environments that inspire and improve lives. We are seeking a motivated and passionate Senior Project Manager to join our Vancouver office, where we are involved in exciting work across a range of building types, including commercial, mixed-use, retail, industrial, hospitality, public buildings, and healthcare.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned project manager with a strong background in healthcare design to lead our projects from planning to delivery. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing the provision of project delivery services for mid to large-scale projects. Your objectives will be to represent Kasian in a professional manner, manage client relationships, interests, and goals, and ensure the quality and fiscal success of Kasian projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage project delivery services for mid to large-scale projects
  • Represent Kasian in a professional manner and manage client relationships
  • Ensure the quality and fiscal success of Kasian projects
  • Lead and motivate project teams to produce successful design and construction documentation
  • Manage project design fee budgets and costs to ensure project profitability
  • Coordinate with applicable authorities having jurisdiction during all phases of the project
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Interior Design
  • Licensed with a provincial regulatory body preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in a related field
  • Familiarity with Design-Built and other alternate project delivery methods
  • Healthcare design experience is essential
