Job Title: Vice President, Asset Management

Brandt is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales efforts in the pipeline space. As Vice President, Asset Management, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new opportunities in the pipeline industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve market share goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key pipeline customers and industry insiders to drive business growth.
  • Provide input on standardized build codes for inventory products and assist in the development of attachments and other products designed to increase opportunities in the industry.
  • Participate in Brandt/Deere CAG initiatives to drive customer advocacy and market intelligence.
  • Assist in the development of all employees within the area of responsibility with the goal of building knowledgeable, motivated, and successful teams.
  • Drive sales growth and develop new opportunities in the pipeline industry in the defined area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the pipeline industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer purchasing strategies, multi-year budgeting processes, and general market trends.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key customers and industry insiders.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
