Job Title: Store Manager - Retail Leadership Position
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team at Ontario INC. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective pricing and credit policies.
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- 5 years or more of retail management experience.
- College/CEGEP education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptability, efficiency, and hardworking attitude.
