Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store, including staff supervision, customer service, sales, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales and Inventory Management: Analyze sales data, manage inventory levels, and implement strategies to increase sales and reduce waste.
- Marketing and Merchandising: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-merchandised.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make recommendations for cost savings.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and identify and mitigate any risks that may impact the store's operations.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 5 years or more of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
