We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Childventures Early Learning Academy Inc. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare centre, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Maintain daycare equipment and assist in keeping records.
  • Engage children in activities, such as storytelling, singing, and preparing crafts.
  • Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Criminal record check and tuberculosis test.
