Senior QA Specialist Job Description

At Capleo Global LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Specialist to join our team. As a Senior QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test strategies and plans to ensure the quality of our software applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Design and execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of our software applications and systems.
  • Identify and report defects to the development team.
  • Participate in triage meetings to prioritize and resolve defects.
  • Develop and maintain test cases and test data.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps/Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with accessibility testing and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Client ALM and DevOps defect tracking tools.
  • Experience with AODA – JAWS, Voice Over, or other industry-leading tools.
  • Experience with WCAG 2.0 success criteria for level A and AA.
  • Experience with testing PDFs, Word documents for accessibility.
