Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Administrative Tasks: Supervise other workers, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, compile data, statistics and other information, order office supplies and maintain inventory, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, team player, and reliable.
