Job Title: Office Assistant

Broad Consultant Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents; process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically; send and receive messages; compile data, statistics, and other information; prepare invoices and bank deposits.
  • Customer Service: Provide general information to clients and the public; order office supplies and maintain inventory; perform data entry; provide customer service.
  • Office Management: Label, file, and retrieve documents; organize and schedule office work; office management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Outlook, MS Windows.
  • Area of Specialization: Correspondence.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, combination of sitting, standing, walking, sitting, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Adaptability, efficiency, hardworking, positive attitude, time management, dependability, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, punctuality, team player.
