We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at SekCheck Fingerprinting Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: The Office Support Specialist will be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, as well as receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries.
  • Document Management: The successful candidate will work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and will be responsible for sorting, processing, and verifying applications, receipts, and other documents.
  • Communication: The Office Support Specialist will provide general information to clients and the public, and will be responsible for sending and receiving messages.
  • Office Maintenance: The successful candidate will be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, as well as filing material in storage areas.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Office building
