Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage and motivate a large team of property management professionals to achieve client and business goals
  • Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for expansion and growth
  • Conduct revenue and expense analyses and provide corporate management reports as required
  • Guide and direct a large and diverse team of individuals in the Quebec region, in a portfolio comprised of all asset classes
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 to 12 years of related experience in the commercial real estate industry
  • Experience in managing office and retail properties, and a minimum of 5 years' leadership and financial management experience
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Continuous commitment to an understanding of the commercial real estate industry and Colliers' stature in the local market
